Anybody excited for it? You can hear some live versions of 5 of the 11 new songs on Youtube. I am surprised that NOBODY is talking about this here yet.

I am SO psyched for the release of this album! I love the songs I've heard live and on YouTube so far!! I can't wait 'til March 9th!! Hopefully they'll play a few more new songs at their show in Michigan on Friday!

I just found them today. It's awesome! I AM a bit disappointed that we seem to have only ONE real rock song this time around. I know they wanted to go in a more AC root but it would've been nice to at least have 2-3 harder rockers.(Take Over Me sounds awesome. They're hard rock is getting better so why stop it? lol) But the songs do sound good although as a whole, I think I might like it just a tad less than WNEO.

Say it Loud and Fight the Tide are my favorite albums because of the harder rock sound. That's what I fell in love with from SR.

Oh yeah, I have all of their released albums from when they joined Sparrow. I like it, but I like some of the latest albums better. While they were rockier back then, the thing that makes their recent preference for softer music so frustrating is that they have gotten better at making Rock music, IMO. Say It Loud had a lot of great rock music but IMO, more recent Rock hits like I'm Not Alright and Turn On The Lights blow it all away. If they could release an album where at least half the songs were rockers like those, it would be epic. From what I hear of Take Over Me, it sounds like yet another great rocker. So Sanctus Real is obviously only getting better at making Rock music, which is why I wonder why we're getting less of it on each subsequent album.

SO.......the album is officially out, been out for 24 hours at least. Anyone have any favorites or stand out tracks they love???

I had heard the album wasn't as "rockin" as before. But, I really don't think it makes a difference. The songs are catchy, easy to sing along to and it encompasses the whole Sanctus Real sound. I don't think I have a standout track yet, maybe in time. I like the album as a whole. Seems to flow really well together and it's amazing.

I'm so proud! Such a great release. I really can't imagine what the next record holds......don't want to think too far ahead. Just gotta keep spinning "Pieces of A Real Heart" and enjoy it!

My favorites so far are "Dear Heart" (and the video "Deer Heart" is HILARIOUS!), "The Way The World Turns", "Take Over Me", and "Forgiven". Great album!

OMGosh -Take Over Me, 'Til I Got To Know You and Forgiven -are kickin' songs. They are just one of my very favorite groups now! God bless you guys!
